SR-153 and Beaver area

SR-153 (Beaver Canyon Scenic Byway) is closed indefinitely due to impacts from the Cottonwood Fire, flooding, and the continued threat of monsoon-driven debris flows. For your safety, avoid the area and do not drive around barricades. Conditions remain unpredictable and the closure will remain in place until it is safe to reopen.
I-15 is currently OPEN and traffic is flowing in both directions, but conditions can change rapidly with monsoon activity. If you're traveling through the area, monitor daily weather forecasts, be prepared for changing conditions, and allow extra time in case temporary closures become necessary.
